Do you charge by the job or by the hour?

We charge by the job - NOT by the hour - for most jobs. When we estimate jobs, we give total price upfront, for a complete project or job. This is really a benefit to our customers as the price is transparent, complete and will not suddenly become a large bill at the end of the project.

Do I provide the materials necessary for my project?

In most cases the customer will purchase the items needed for a job, and we will provide the labor to install it. The customer can choose their own light fixtures, furniture, TV mounts, shelves, ceiling fans, tile, laminate flooring, and other things that are to their own preference and liking and budget. Some items such as drywall (and other pertinent materials related to drywall repairs), and other specific parts and hardware for custom repairs are better purchased by us, so that we get the correct ones. Although in some instances we can give our customers a "shopping list" to allow them to purchase all the materials and parts.

Is your business insured?

We are fully insured with a general liability policy to protect your home in the unlikely event of an accident. We also carry policies for errors and omissions in the unlikely event that a team tech forgets an important aspect or fails to perform their job properly: We have you covered and protected.

Do you offer discounts on multiple items?

Yes! We offer discounts up to 20% OFF for booking multiple items into a single appointment. This saves us travel time and costs and allows us to be more efficient in operation and we are happy to pass that savings directly to you, our valued customer. This discount will occur automatically in our shopping cart - no coupon code is needed!

Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?

It is not absolutely necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old. If you are out-of-state or tight on time, you may arrange for us to gain access to your property and to lock it after we leave. We can provide pictures of the completed project to keep you informed and in control. We treat your home with the utmost respect and care.

Do you schedule appointments during Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays?

We are available Monday - Saturday from 8am to 7pm and are closed on Sundays. Major Holidays (Independence day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) are off-hours. If you have an emergency repair or need off-hours arrangements, we can provide service (based on availability) for a primary surcharge.

Are estimates free?

Estimates provided over the phone and email are free. If you require a quote in person we do have a trip charge, which depends on the property location and scope of the project. This can be applied to your final invoice, if the job bid is approved.
